A saint once said, "Preach and, if necessary, use words." It goes without saying that preaching becomes more effective through actions than through words. In today's gospel, Jesus kind of denounced the scribes and the Pharisees for not practising what they preach. Which calls our attention. Let our witnessing, let our very life do the preaching. It is more poignant than our empty words. |
