In pairs! They say two heads are better than one. Jesus valued team work in mission. There is another reason. Old Testament emphasized the need for two witnesses to establish validity. A third reason is added. The evangelist saw the communitarian dimension of mission. Humanly speaking, we can add another reason. Joy is born when people come in partnership. |
