Perhaps this typhoon Ulysses made some people shudder in fear at the thought of the proximate end of the world. Today's gospel presents even more threatening cosmic realities. Understandably from liturgical point of view, the last days of ecclesial calendar are drawing very nigh. We are reminded of the end times which surely will occur. Time matters little. What matters most is that we are invariably prepared. |
