Good diffuses itself. Why was John considered a "burning and shining lamp?" It was because he preached with his very life of witnessing. He lived in simplicity. He was courageous to tell the truth. His humility was edifying. As we prepare for Christmas, we are invited to renew ourselves and allow the rays of goodness to diffuse and shine to give light to all who come along our way. |
