1. Come. 2. Stay. 3. Go. These three words encapsulate the dynamics of Master-Disciple relationship. Today's gospel vividly presents such 1. call, 2. discipleship, 3. mission "process". Jesus 1.called the twelve, 2. to be with him that 3. he might send them. When we are called by the Lord it is important that we stay with him to learn from his ways before we go and share with others what we have experienced in our personal encounter with the One sending us. |
