You can easily identify a Filipino traveler. He does not travel light. He carries with him a lot of baggage. In today's gospel, the disciples sent in pairs were instructed not to bring anything. They should not worry because it is God who will provide. In this journey called life, it is difficult to travel if we have lots of emotional luggages. If we trust in God, we will travel in peace, assured of Divine help and protection. |
