A tiny spot on a paper. We easily notice a little dot and miss the bigger white space. That illustrates the lesson of today's gospel. The people paid attention to the violation of the Sabbath law and missed the charity with which Jesus healed the sick man. May we not miss the mark. Love is the greatest of all. It has the primacy that all other concerns merely follow. |
