One is presumed innocent until proven guilty. This is part of a just due process. The legal concept is also biblical. Nicodemus asked, "Does our law condemn a man before it first hears him?" Sad truth to tell are cases of people declared guilty before being tried. Countless souls are maligned and condemned at the court of humanity. In the name of justice and charity, let us not judge anyone whom we do not know. |
