When someone draws near, we are delighted. When that someone walks with us, we are secured. The two disciples on the road to Emmaus must have experienced that when Jesus drew near and walked with them. In this journey called life, when we are burdened by so much confusions and tribulations, we can be assured that Jesus comes to us and walks with us. |
