Who will bridge the gap? There is a lacuna between nothing and being. In today's gospel, the nothingness in fishing was turned into an abundance of catch. It was Jesus who bridged the gap. Times there are when when we simply cannot make things work well, when our efforts fail, when we feel inadequate to see things through. Then we realize we are nothing and can do nothing without God. |
