When we think of death, we will realize that all earthly things are fleeting. When the grave says "Come," we leave everything because we cannot bring them "home." Jesus, In today's gospel, makes a reference to those who speak of earthly things. We are those people whose concern is earthly. It's high time we shift to and focus on the heavenly. Yes, we are only pilgrims on this earth. Heaven is our final destination. It is our true home. It is our goal. |
