A paradox! One gives life by dying. The proverbial grain of wheat that falls to the ground and dies in order to produce much fruit tells us that we cannot be a channel of life if we are not ready to experience self-dying. The laborers, the OFWs, the frontliners and many others. We salute them. They are ready to die that we may live. |
