During the unprecedented extraordinary Urbi et Orbi, Pope Francis inspired the whole world in saying, "With God life never dies." In this Sunday's gospel, the death of Lazarus ushered in the working of God's power and grace. He is the author of life and He can conquer death. Amidst our fear that Covid-19 may one day claim our lives, it is our faith in God that makes us strong. With Him, we live and even in mortal death, life triumphs. Yes, life never dies. |
