"Emmanuel" is not just a name. It is an assurance of God's presence. It is a message of comfort. In today's gospel, Jesus affirms that the Father has not left Him alone. Which gives us hope that in these troubled times, we have God who is in our midst. We will never be deserted groping along the darkness of despair. We shall weather the storm with the strength that comes from Him. |
