A contemplative experience of God in prayer leads to apostolic activity. Having encountered God, Mary proceeded very thoughtfully [in Greek "meta spoudes"] to her cousin Elizabeth to offer her service. Let us meet God in prayer. Then we bring him to those whom we come in contact with in the spirit of loving service. |
