Gratitude expressed in a song. That's Mary's Magnificat. St. Luke used an Old Testament hymn and placed it on the lips of Mary. The Blessed Virgin pronounced the grateful sentiments of the People of God. We are equally blessed by God. Let our lives be a song of joyful thanksgiving. |
