When we are immersed in the hustle and bustle of life, we tend to lose our spiritual composure. In today's gospel, Jesus was busy as crowds assembled to listen to him and to be cured of their ailments. However, the Lord found time to withdraw to deserted places to pray. The busier we are, the more we should pray to keep ourselves physically and spiritually well-balanced. |
