Letting go leads to letting God. While it must have been difficult for Simon and Andrew, James and John to let go of their nets and boats [which is their everything], they were able to detach themselves from their possessions because they allowed Jesus to rule in their lives. Having lost everything, they have Jesus, the true riches. If we wish to let go, we must also let God. |
