If we don't value the Eucharist that much, let's reflect on today's gospel. The sick begged Jesus that they might touch only the tassel of his cloak. Read Acts 19:12 and 5:15 to discover how a healer's garments and even shadow can heal. In the Eucharist, we touch not just the tassel of Jesus' cloak but his True Body, the source of healing, the fountain of life. |
