Knowledge of and obedience to God are intimately related. Today's Gospel affirms that. Jesus himself said, " I know Him [the Father] and I keep His word." This Trinitarian lesson on Divine Filiation characterized by paternal-filial intimacy invites us to examine the depth of our understanding of God and the degree of our adherence to his command. How much have we known God and how far have we done His will? |
