"I have a friend. She is so good and and she is not even a Catholic." Saying that is restricting God's grace. We think that we have a monopoly of God's presence. Today's gospel says otherwise. Jesus emphasizes that the authority to drive out demons is not exclusive to the disciples. To anyone God can share his power and goodness. Let us not forget that. |
