One of the psychological games is called "projection." It means a person is accusing someone else of a sin he is guilty of. The scribes and Pharisees accused the woman of adultery which, according to Lev. 20:10 and Dt. 22:22-24, is punishable by stoning to death. In so doing the accusers did a kind of projection. They are themselves guilty of many "adulterous" orientation and conduct. Let us look at ourselves before pointing an accusing finger. |
