The Lord of nature is the Lord of all. In today's gospel, Jesus was seen walking on the sea. His control over nature is made manifest in this particular gospel narrative. He says, "Do not be afraid." Truly we have nothing to fear. If he can control the winds and the waves, he is also in control of all forces. We can always take refuge in him. |
