We learn more by listening than by talking. When we speak, we only express what we already know. In today's gospel, the words "listening" to and "learning" from the Father are intertwined. Students have to listen in order to learn from their teachers. In the deep silence of our hearts, let us listen to the voice of God and subsequently learn from his message. |
