Trinity Sunday is MSK (BEC) Day and rightly so. The Second Vatican Council, in describing the Trinitarian structure of the entire work of salvation, shows the "Church as a people whose unity derives from that of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit" (LG, 2-4). What is the binding force? LOVE. "Everything that the Father has is mine," says Jesus. Such act of total giving! A model for each community to emulate. |
