It is a special privilege of a grandparent to see his/her children's children. Joachim and Anne must have been delighted to see Jesus, their grandchild. "Blessed are your eyes that see." Yes, the elderly roots of Jesus saw the wonders of God. We are equally privileged to have witnessed the workings of God's grace. We also have eyes that are truly blessed. |
