Such wisdom of Pope Francis! He's the only pope who thought of putting together Martha, Mary and Lazarus in one sanctoral feast day celebration. Very reasonable. The three shared common friendship with Jesus. Their manners of dealing with the Lord varied but they all moved Jesus to the core. Such kind of friendship invites us to deepen our encounter with the Lord. We, too, can become his intimate friends. |
