It's exciting to talk about good fortune. It is disheartening to speak of misfortune. But Jesus calmly talked about his impending suffering and death. We, Christians, must be ready to die and talk about our passing away. When we can speak about our own death, it means we are ready to leave this world and tread the path the Lord has prepared for us. No regrets! No misgivings. Constantly serene. Always calm. Genuinely prepared. |
