We can either be a blessing or a woe. The Lucan beatitudes are followed by woes which are not recorded in the Matthean version of the same. It's good if others are blessed because of us. It's sad if others suffer misfortune because of our own doing. We are truly blessed if God's blessings come to others because of us. |
