We affirm that the Church cannot be without women. They are partners of the priests in varied forms of ecclesial ministry. In today's gospel, Jesus honors women and is accompanied by them. While the world relegates women to the margins of society, the Chuch values and respects them. We thank you, women. In the Church, your role is great, your place special. |
