Someone said, "I don't have time worrying about people who don't like me. I am busy loving those who love me." In today's gospel, the Samaritans did not offer hospitality to Jesus and his disciples. They were rejected but remained undaunted. They did not worry about who did not like them. Lesson for us. Whether or not we are accepted, we continue embracing people and loving them. |
