They were cold and insensitive. In Filipino, we call them "manhid." This word aptly describes the people of Chorazin, Bethsaida and Capernaum. Despite the many favors received from Jesus, they remained ungrateful and did not properly respond. Many miracles were wrought before their very eyes but they still lacked faith. Are we as insensitive as they were? |
