Humble beginnings. The two different parables (mustard seed and yeast) both speak of small beginnings that ended with great works. That is the Kingdom of God. It begins small but produces gigantic fruits. How does that happen? The grace of God explains everything. With God, great works rise from weak beginnings. Man contributes a little. God brings it to perfection beyond human imagining. |
