On May 21, 2023, the St. Ferdinand Cathedral in Lucena City was filled with excitement as the painting of San Fernando was unveiled and blessed at the altar. The novena for San Fernando, Patron ng Lucena started at 5:30 PM and was followed by a Holy Mass at 6 PM, presided over by Bishop Mel Rey M. Uy with the priests of Lucena Cathedral.
This painting is a true gem and was obtained through a previous Benefit Ball, which was organized by UGAT LUCENA (The Original Lucena Association Inc.) - a true testament to their commitment to giving back to the community.
