On this first day of February, Rev. Fr. Isagani Reyes was installed as the new Parish Priest and Shrine Rector of the National Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in Dolores, Quezon. Most Rev. Mel Rey M. Uy, D.D., presided over the Mass and installation rite. The lay faithful of Dolores, Quezon, also warmly welcomed the new Parochial Vicar of their parish, Rev. Fr. Felix S. Ayala Jr.
