If asked how is it to live in the midst of pandemic, we will have the courage to speak about the crisis because we ourselves experienced it. Truly we can only testify to something that we have personally experienced. In today's gospel, Jesus says, "You will testify because you have been with me from the beginning." Knowledge of Jesus springs from a direct encounter with him. Have we known Jesus so intimately? Are we ready to bear witness? Can we testify to him? |
