A person who is busy is more in need of prayers. The busier you are, the more prayerful you should be. That was the life of Jesus. He was preoccupied with his varied forms of ministry but he rose early to go to a deserted place and pray. It is customary to say, "I have many things to do and I find no time to pray." Such heresy of action. When we are immersed in an avalanche of tasks, we get enervated. It is prayer that will recharge and energize us again. |
