With the burning issues in the Philippines today, some Filipinos must have regretted having voted for corrupt politicians. Applying the words of Jesus to our concrete situation, we have to choose a leader who is not blind. A leader blinded by immorality both in words and in deeds cannot guide his constituents. A clear vision is indispensable. A morally upright leader is the one who can help others tread the path. |
