"Where are the other nine?" They are too quick to forget. These lepers cured by Jesus never said "Thanks" because they thought they deserved the healing. Which reflects the attitude of many people. They are favored but never remember. They are blessed but never give thanks. Where are the other nine? And we might be one of them. Jesus is searching for us. "Eucharist" means "thanksgiving." Do we attend Mass and yet fail to be grateful? |
