PAGASA has greatly improved its use of the instruments to make an accurate weather forecast. Sad truth to tell, humanity has diminished its capacity to read the signs of the times. Jesus exhorted the crowds for such a failure. The Lord continues to reveal his goodness but people do not recognize it. They see the sun shining but not the warmth of God's love. They see the heavy clouds preceding the rain but not the outpouring of God's grace. So sad! |
