"What we are is God's gift to us. What we become is our gift to God." We are expected to be productive. That is one of the messages of today's gospel. The landowner expects produce of the vine. He kept on waiting and hoping. We are all stewarda of God's creation. To us is entrusted God's "unfinished" task. We need to develop ourselves and bear fruits in due time. A good steward makes profit. He produces a hundredfold. God's gift received. God 's gift returned with an increase. |
