When our trusted driver, cook and messenger (rolled into one) breathed his last, some people were telling me, "Glenn has left you alone." I said "Not really." I have people to continue the works he has begun. One thing sure, God has not left me. That was the filial utterance of the Lord himself," He has not left me alone because I always do what is pleasing to him." It is a great consolation that God's presence is always felt. Today more than ever I understand the meaning of EMMANUEL. |
