The Prince of Peace becomes the source of division. Of course it is the wish of Jesus "that all may be one." He knows, too, that it is easier said than done. Truth, sad to tell, is division occurs because some accept the Lord while others reject him. Even members of one family disagree among themselves in matters of faith and religious persuasion. Still we pray for the desired unity. |
