"No matter how dark it gets, the sun is going to rise again." Lesson: "Do not be aftaid." Thrice these words occur in this Sunday's gospel. Reason: Nothing can harm us. We are precious in God's eyes. During the prolonged quarantine, many people get depressed. Perhaps they need psychotherapists. But more than anything else, the Word of God becomes a source of healing. A poignant message: Lay your fears aside. |
