I like that beautiful song entitled "What matters most." It tells us that having loved is the most important thing. Today's gospel also directs our attention to what matters most and that is God, our heavenly treasure. Both the parables of the hidden treasure and the priceless pearl describe our human efforts to search for God's kingdom. We will do everything to have God who matters most. |
